What does a property search cost?
Our fee is a percentage of the purchase price, agreed in writing before we begin and payable on completion. There is no charge simply to discuss a search, and no joining fee of any kind.
Do you only work with expensive properties?
No. We work where we can add real value, which usually means busy people rather than any particular price bracket. If a search is too small for us to do well, we will say so and point you somewhere sensible.
What areas do you cover?
Property searches focus on London and the Home Counties, particularly Berkshire, Surrey and Middlesex. Through our development partnerships we also offer new build homes in Dubai and India.
What is an off market property?
A home offered for sale privately, without portals or public marketing. Sellers value discretion and speed; buyers value the absence of competition. A meaningful share of the homes we secure are never publicly listed.
How does the renovation service work?
We scope the works with you, price them through our vetted network of around twenty builders and trades, then manage the project to handover. If you bought the home through us, quoting can begin before completion so works start the day keys are released.
What exactly is executive support?
A dedicated team of ten handling diary, travel, inbox, research, lifestyle arrangements and sourcing. Modern intelligence tools make the team faster; a named person who knows you makes it feel effortless. You pay for what you use, by the hour or by the project.
Is there a membership or subscription?
No. Finderlly has no memberships and no joining fees. Regular clients are offered retained terms as a benefit, never as a condition of working with us.
How do you protect confidentiality?
Discretion is a structural habit rather than a promise: information is shared inside the team strictly on a need to know basis, and we are happy to work under a non disclosure agreement from the first conversation.
Can you help me sell privately?
Yes. We sell a small number of homes discreetly to qualified buyers. If you are considering a quiet sale, speak to us about whether your property suits that route.
How quickly can you start?
